Small Town Social Strides + End of Year Schedule

The Small Town Social is so excited to announce the launch of its “Small Town Strides” initiative, an extension of the monthly Small Town Social meetups. These new style of events provide an essential personal development component to help members excel in a key focus area so they can make even greater strides in life. Small Town Strides includes an assortment of free and paid activities each month like networking and communications workshops, as well as other educational classes ranging from art to woodworking to yoga and meditation to cooking, masterminding and just plain ol’ walking your pup in the park with your gal pals.

The first two scheduled events for Small Town Strides are:

Network Like A BOSS Workshop | $22 | Thursday, September 12, 2019 from 6:30-8:00PM (location TBD)  | CLICK FOR INFO + TICKETS

Want to know how to network like a boss? Learn how to add value to every conversation in this educational workshop presented by Small Town Social founder, Liz Fleming, personal branding and digital marketing strategist who teaches entrepreneurs (and aspiring entrepreneurs) how to profit from their passions using entirely free techniques so they can live life in full bloom.

You’ll learn:

– The essentials of body language and how it impacts conversations
– The best icebreakers for introverts and extroverts
– Liz’s 3-step method for making long lasting connections that work for you

Event will include a presentation by Liz followed by an interactive networking activity to help you practice what you learn in a real life setting. Each guest will receive an action sheet so they can take notes along the way, as well as receive discounted access to Brand in Bloom, Liz’s online course that teaches you how to skyrocket your visibility using free personal branding techniques.

You do not have to be an entrepreneur or certain kind of professional to attend this event. Networking is an essential skill that every badd@$$ woman should know by heart. If this is an area you struggle in, we’ll help you get there. If this is an area you excel in, we’ll help you shine even brighter.

** Must be a member of The Small Town Social Facebook group in order to attend. This means LADIES ONLY. We vet every signup. You can join the group for free here: facebook.com/groups/thesmalltownsocial **

There will also be creative prompts and activities while painting to foster that creativity and engage with your fellow artists.

This is a BYOB event (R. Riveter sells bags- not booze) so bring your fave Rose or a growler full of hoppy IPA. We will have a delicious spread by Southern Whey for you to nosh on while you watch paint dry.
