A Small Town Escape

Small Town Strides was dreamed up as a compliment to our free Small Town Social gatherings, serving as an option for women to participate in paid workshops and learning experiences in the local community. Our hope is that newly gained knowledge and skills will help each gal make greater strides in their life.

If the first Small Town Strides abstract paint night blew us away, the second knocked us right off our feet.

We were honored to partner with the team at Southern Pines Escape, an escape room which challenges you to solve a series of puzzles in order to ‘win’ your way out of the game.

On November 15th, 16 local women joined in the fun. After sharing laughs and introductions over wine and a bangin’ charcuterie board, we split into two teams – each team conquering different escape rooms. Small talk very quickly turned into intense problem solving and quick strategizing as we worked our way through clues.

The best part? We all escaped!

Both teams ended the night with successful escapes, but more importantly, each gal left with a bigger win – 15 new local friends. We loved seeing women mingle, laugh, connect dots, exchange contact information and do what we do in Small Town – consciously connect.
