The Small Town Social® was born in March 2018 when Liz first moved to Pinehurst, NC and wasn’t sure how to make friends as a grown woman. Today, 7 years and over 50 events later, The Small Town Social® supports thousands of women throughout the area (and beyond!) with its popular socials, immersive personal + professional development workshops, off-site retreats, an online membership community, and annual women’s gathering at The Fair Barn, GLOWCON, which attracts hundreds of women from as far as Raleigh and Charlotte, Virginia, Vermont, Pennsylvania, Ohio and New York. 

Over the last several years, Liz's events have not only greatly stimulated the local economy by supporting various small businesses throughout the region, but has also helped raise thousands of dollars for local charities. 

She's been featured in Forbes, Business Insider, BizWomen - The Business Journals, and hosts The Life with Liz Podcast, which features over 10K downloads. Her show offers thoughtful advice, hilarious stories, insightful screwups, quick tips, mindset hacks and bold conversations meant to inspire you to take charge on your journey to greater-ness.
